The 586 Flight Test Squadron will conduct an Industry Day on 15 Jun 2016 at Holloman AFB, NM. This is to allow interested vendors access to the current system in use and to observe site conditions. This will be an opportunity for industry and the Government to exchange ideas to improve the existing requirements. Attendees will need to arrive at the Visitor Center at the Holloman AFB Main Gate no later than 0800 (8:00 am) on 15 Jun 2016 to receive visitor passes. Depending on the number of vendors in attendance, the event may last until 1100 (11:00 am). To attend the Industry Day the vendors are required to submit an electronic visitor request (e-VAR) not later than close of business on 10 Jun 2016. Copies of this e-VAR shall be e-mailed to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. Those with current access to Holloman AFB must still provide an e-VAR for this event in order to participate.
