The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for the purchase of five (5) each P/N RC200-2 Telemetry Receivers, 2U Dual Channel Receiver Combiner System; (5) each P/N PC100ME2 Extended Range Multi-Band Continuous Tuning Option; (5) each P/N PCT602CIF Dual Channel CIF Tuner Option (200 MHz to 1150 MHz); (5) each P/N PC100AL3 Multi-Mode Legacy and IRIG 106-13 Demod Option as part of the Real-Time Telemetry Processing System IV (RTPS IV) upgrade being managed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Telemetry Branch (5.2.4.3) at the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), Patuxent River, MD.

The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Systems Engineering & Management Company (SEMCO), 1430 Vantage Court, Vista, CA 92081-8536 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services or supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5820 and the North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees.
