This requirement is sole sourced to: Emhiser Research, Inc. 2705 Old Hwy 40 West, Verdi, NV 89439 as the only available source to provide the required telemetry transmitters with connectors to fit the vehicle instrumentation package this is required for. These transmitters have already been cleared through the FCC and the drawings and patents are proprietary to Emhiser Research, Inc. Any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
