This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for BID (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (Fedbizopps.com) website. The specific date of that posting has not yet been determined.
