NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Valor Network for Teleradiology Services for the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center located at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The purchase order period of performance will be for 9 months and no options. Valor Network has the current access to the Air Force Network and Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification (DIACAP) connection permission through the Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA)/Air Force Network Integration Center (AFNIC) which can take from 6 - 9 months to gain access. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
