The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIO, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Diagnostic Imaging Interpretation and Reporting under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) to Valor Network Inc., 7 Hemptor Road, New City, NY 10956. Anticipated award date is 29 September, 2014. Valor Network Inc. currently has the equipment capability and USAF authorization to electronically extract radiologic diagnostic imaging studies, the physician staff to interpret and report on the radiologic diagnostic imaging studies/exams and lastly the ability to place the patient reports into the DoD Composite Healthcare Computer System (CHCS) in each patient record in the same manner the Eglin radiologists would so that the ordering physician gets the results maintaining continuity of care and patient reporting. Valor Network Inc. is the only USAF authorized vendor with this authorization and capability to seamlessly interface with the patient electronic medical record (CHCS). This requirement is for:

CLIN 0001: Teleradiology Services, non-personal diagnostic radiological interpretations and reports by a board certified/board eligible radiologist for 96 MDG, Eglin Air Force Base Hospital in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price

These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 29 Sep 14 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 621512, small business size standard: 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
