THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL 

The 377 MSG/Contracting Division Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Advanced Simulation Technology, Inc. (ASTi), for the purchase of additional hardware and software to expand the Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) radio capability.  Additionally, please note that the DIS voice system is based around ASTi hardware and software and is not compatible with other company's DIS radio hardware and software.
