•4.  4.  Has a labor category or GS equivalent been identified?  No

•5. 5.  Will you provide a brief extension of due date?  No

•6. 6.  How should the proposal be submitted, electronic or mail?  Either

•7. 7.  Full or Part time?  Full Time

•8. 8.   Work at Home possible?  That would be negotiated with the program office.  A proposal should include this approach if applicable.
