The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to CIS Secure Computing, Inc. 21050 Ashburn Crossing Drive Ste. 145, Ashburn, VA 20147 for the purchase of TEMPEST Riverbed SFED 2200 Steelhead Network Accelerators.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334111 with a business size standard of 1,250 employees. A quote is being requested under solicitation no. DJF-21-1400-PR-0000790. This will be a fixed price contract. Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that CIS Secure Computing, Inc. is the only source to meet the FBI requirement and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. CIS Secure Computing, Inc. is the only authorized TEMPEST Riverbed provider. The proposed contract action is for Telecommunication Electronics Material Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST) authorized Riverbed SFED 2200 Steelhead Network Accelerators for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of TLE 101,usc 2304 (c)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
