The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) until Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., for the Temple City Library Project. This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with all bid documents including plans, specifications, and contract documents. The LACDA intends to award a contract. The project consists of upgrades to the existing one-story building, approximately 10,000 square feet in area, and construction of an additional 1,400 square feet of expanding space. Upgrades include interior refurbishment, accessibility upgrades, low voltage, and other related building and site improvements, furniture, and shelving. Contractors are responsible for verifying site and building conditions prior to submitting a bid.
