Non-Personal Services to: Furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment and materials necessary for rental of a festival tent in accordance to the below specifications. Exact tent location on Ramstein Air Base will be provided to the contractor a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

SPECIFICATIONS - FEST TENT

1. The contractor shall provide a fest tent of the size 25 meter x 50 meter (approximately 3 meter high measured at the lowest point) to include:

a. Wooden floor for the entire tent

b. Adequate lighting for the entire fest tent

c. Stage of 9 x 12 meter with stairs on both sides of the stage

d. 1 dressing room (small tent) of approximately 3.5 x 4 meter for set up next to the stage

e. 1 kitchen attachment for the enlisted club booth and one opening, 15 meter long to set up the officers' club provided tent

f. Handicap ramps for four entrances

g. Transportation, set-up, installation, tear down and removal of all of the above.

2. No stakes can be used for the set up of the tent. The tent shall be set-up and secured to withhold windstorms and heavy rain. The floor shall be leveled and safe to walk on, without holes.

3. Delivery & Set- up shall start on 30 June 2008 at 0700 hours and be completed not later than 1 July 2008, 1800 hours. The contractor shall contact Mr. Stephen Jerome at Tel. 06371-47-6020 at the time of arrival at the truck gate to be escorted to the fest site.

4. Tear down & pick up / removal shall start on 5 July 2008 at 0900 hours and be completed the same day.
