THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF QUOTES Caroline County Recreation and Parks produces a two-day outdoor festival on the third weekend in August annually. The Friday/ Saturday festival schedule also includes a Sunday rain date if required for the Saturday program schedule only. The production requires a variety of pole and frame tents, 6’ & 8’ banquet tables, and folding chairs to be delivered as specified. The quantities listed in the attached documents below are based on the production needs in 2022 but may be modified for the 2023 event. *Modifications would be completed by July 7, 2023
