The sidewalks on both of the Terminal curbsides and on the third floor main garage courtesy vehicle plaza will be resurfaced with an architectural treatment. 2. Both Terminal curbsides will also be improved to meet current ADA access requirements. The Engineerâs estimate range for this project is $5 â 10 Million. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashierâs check, money order, or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Port of Seattle. Performance and Payment bonds will be required with the Contract. Time limit for substantial completion of the work is 225 calendar days.
