Contract services to fumigate the Tracen Petaluma fire station, Bldg #201, approx. 5500 sq ft, for a dry wood termite infestation.


The contractor shall install/erect tenting over building and apply state and industry regulated pest control/extermination gas chemicals to kill existing infestation within inferior spaces, treat any exterior areas in accordance with best practices and industry standards, and conduct follow up instpections at 6 month and 1 year intervals from application of fumigation.
