i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

ii. Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0401 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective 12 Jul 2019, Defense Procurement Notice 20190628, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018.

iv. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561710 with a small business size standard of $11,000,000.00 average annual revenue.

v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:
a. CLIN 0001: BLDG 74; TREAT FOR TERMITES QTY: 1 - Unit of Measure: EA

vi. Contractor shall begin performance within 30 days of award.

vii. The government will evaluate quotes that meet lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined performance characteristics of the service.

viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time)
a. Site visit will be conducted on 20 August 2019 at 9:30 AM.
b. Questions are due by 21 August 2019, 2:00 PM (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.)
c. Answers will be provided by 23 August 2019, 2:00 PM.
d. All quotes shall be submitted by 27 August 2019, 2:00 PM.
