Hard Copy Responses To submit a hard copy response you must print, complete and mail the forms to the Purchasing Division, 515 W Moreland Blvd, Adm Center Room 310, Waukesha, WI 53188 or deliver in person prior to the opening date/time. To deliver in person, you must enter at the Courthouse Building, Door2, located at 515 W. Moreland Blvd. Proceed to the Administration Center, Room 320, to have your Bid/RFP time-stamped by the receptionist. Be sure to allow sufficient time to gain entry as Waukesha County has instituted a Controlled Access policy. For more information, go to www.waukeshacounty.gov and click on the screening link located at the bottom of the page. Complete your Bid/RFP by entering the required information, including any necessary attachments, and signing where indicated. Responses must be received in our office prior to the Bid/RFP closing date and time. FAXED OR EMAILED RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Electronic Response All responses must be submitted prior to the Bid/RFP closing date and time. You must login with your user ID and password to begin the process. Your account information is password protected so that only you have access to this personal information. Note: The documents attached were created in one of the following formats; MS Word, Excel, or Portable Document Format (PDF) in order to maintain the formatting. Therefore, at a minimum, you will need Adobe Reader software (click here), which is available free from the Internet, in order to view the bid list and its associated documents.
