REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease 6,270 – 6,930 rentable square feet or 5,650 – 5,800 usable square feet of contiguous office, retail or related space for the Census Bureau in Jefferson County together with (25) on-site parking spaces three (3) of which are to be reserved. The space must be within the delineated area described below. LOCATION: The area within the following boundaries: The entirety of Jefferson County REQUIRED: The space must be contiguous and located on one floor in commercial, retail, industrial/flex or warehouse space. The building should have a loading dock, forklift accessibility, or adequate alternative for deliveries. Lease should be Full Service; all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy August 17, 2009.
