· Space must be contiguous in building and conducive to an efficient office layout with good utilization. Space cannot be located on more than four floors · Agency cannot be located in the same building as any foreign consulates or governments · The floors proposed will be required to have a minimum of 50% of the floor plate be at least 37' from perimeter to core. |
Subleases will not be considered.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
The Government requires a fully serviced lease including janitorial and utilities.
Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
