The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: 24' by 44' concrete slab/deck; 8" by 8" posts; trusses; metal roof; motorized retractable insect screen & clear vinyl panels, 120V electrical outlets and lighting; and minor grading with sidewalk.
