This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Video/Advertising of the new Michigan Army National Guard Recruiting Campaign 30 seconds in length.  All theatres will run the video on multi screens for 30 seconds with regional placement in the following Michigan theatres.

Canton-Minimum of 18 screens
Allen Park-Minimum of 5 screens
Big Rapids-Minimum of 4 screens
Coldwater-Minimum of 7 screens
Greenville-Minimum of 7 screens
Midland-Minimum 11 screens
Alma-Minimum 6 screens
Bad Axe-Minimum 2 screens
Lansing-Minimum 19 screens
Traverse City-Minimum 10 screens
Ironwood-Minimum 4 screens
Ishpeming-Minimum 5 screens
Alpena-Minimum 3 screens

Please provide a quote for each city listed, the name of the theatre and the price per running of the video for 6 weeks beginning 1 May 2016 to 23 July 2016. Decisions for award will be based on best value to the Government and may not necessarily be determined by price. 

Contractor must be registered in www.sam.gov and be willing to submit invoices in Wide Area Workflow.
