This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6685-01-505-0892, Thermometer, Bimetallic, in accordance with Rochester Gauges Inc of Texas CAGE 09393 P/N 1592-00088 or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation CAGE 78286 P/N 1592-00088. The estimated annual quantity is 120 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 30 EA which is applicable only to the base year. Surge and sustainment applies.  The 5-year maximum quantity exclusive of surge is 600 EA.  FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Black Hawk UH-60A Helicopter and other helicopters.   A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.  The expected issue date is July 1, 2013. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 52.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
