FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 115 days ADO. This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 240 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 60 each for the base year only.
