Troop Support - Hardware Philadelphia will be soliciting requests for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demands of various restricted source NSN's from the 5355 Federal Stock Class (FSC). These items are being added in accordance with the Addition/Deletion Clause DLAD Clause 52.212-4 under solicitation SPM5M5-09-R-0002 to support this/these anticipated contract(s) for depot stock replenishment. This initiative will be awarded under FAR Subpart 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government plans to award a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) with a 2 year base and 3 year options. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is required. This add project will require pricing for 91 (non-core) NSN's. The Government intends to make a single award for each NSN under this add based upon an integrated assessment of technical merit and price. An item-by-item analysis may lead to multiple contracts being awarded to MULTIPLE VENDORS, each with different NSNs. The delivery requirement will be 120 days ARO. The items will be awarded to the offeror determined to be the best value to the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.
