It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine, Center of Information to negotiate with Knowledge Key Associates to procure CISSP Training. Vendors capable of furnishing the government the services specified in this notice should submit a quote. This notice is of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received no later than the closing date of this announcement will be consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
