SCOPE OF WORK
This proposal outlines the complete scope of the request. Vendor should be able to provide all certificates of insurance, liability and workers comp. Proposals need to prevailing wage According to the Davis Bacon Act. We have 3 dorms - F (females) , G (co-ed) and the H dorm (males), the closets are not included in the quotes. There are 108 rooms - 36 rooms per dorm (3 dorms). There are 16 - 4 man rooms and 20 - 2 man rooms (3 dorms). There are 12 wings - 4 wings in each building (3 dorms).
Painting contractor shall complete all work during owner specified time frame and supply all materials necessary to begin working. The scope of work prescribed is based upon visual inspection, and measurements. No destructive analysis was conducted to provide information as to hidden conditions.

Termination of Default: CJC may immediately suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to Contractor in the event of a material breach of contractual obligations. A default shall include, but is not limited to a "Failure to Perform." Failure to Perform means any of the following actions or inactions by the CONTRACTOR which, if occurring, shall also constitute a material breach of this Agreement by CONTRACTOR:
A.1 The contractor provides goods that do not meet the specifications of the contract.
A.2 The contractor fails to adequately perform the services set forth in the specifications of the contract.
Termination for non-appropriation of funds: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the CJC shall not be obligated for the Contractor's performance hereunder or by any provision of this Contract during any of the CJC's future fiscal years unless and until the U.S. Department of Labor appropriates funds for this Contract in the CJC's Budget for each such future fiscal year. In the event that funds are not appropriated for this Contract, then this Contract shall terminate 30 days after a written notice from CJC is issued to the Contractor. CJC shall notify the Contractor in writing of any such non-allocation of funds at the earliest possible date.
