DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform monitoring of Threatened and Endangered Species (TES), including near-threatened species (NT); monitoring of Invasive Species; and, control of Invasive Species at Camp Zama (CZ), Sagami General Depot (SGD), Kawakami Ammunition Depot (KAD), Akizuki Ammunition Depot (AAD), and Hiro Ammunition Depot (HAD) in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Army Regulation (AR) 200-1, U.S. Army Garrison Japan (USAG Japan) Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP), Japanese ordinances and laws, and other commercial and local standards.
