SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT FOR PURCHASE OF THE F-35 LIGHTENING II SIMULATOR STICK AND THROTTLE GRIPS FOR FLIGHT SIMULATION AND PILOT TRAINING.

DESC: INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH WRAITH SYSTEMS LLC. The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Wraith Systems LLC., 7908 Caribia Ct., Fort Worth, TX 76123. The Sole Source purchase will be for the purchase of the F-35 Lightening II simulator stick and throttle grips for flight simulation and pilot training.

Purchase of the F-35/ JSF stick and throttle grips.

The requirements are as follows:

1. The Hands on Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) that will be used in the Manned Interactive Cockpit (MIC) stations must meet the following minimum specifications:

• Fully functional desktop stick grip designed specifically for F-35 flight simulation and pilot training
• Flight representative controls
• Configurable to operate as a Microsoft game controller
• Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, plug and play capability
• Rudder pedal expansion capability
• 100% compatible with current Lockheed Martin/ITF MIC stations
• Minimum 1 year warranty
• Qty: 7 ea.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet ALL the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the throttle and stick grips.
