A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. PERFORMANCE/ PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Bidder, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
