This notice is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) Contract for ground tire NSN 2610-01-591-4279, code and part numbered, pneumatic Tire. The contracting activity is DLA Land and Maritime. The term of a contract resulting from this solicitation will be one year or when the maximum value of $150,000 is met, whichever comes first. Current estimated annual demand quantities, FOB and Inspection and Acceptance information will be listed in the RFQ. Unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
