CSUSB seeks a qualified contractor to assist with responding to Title IX, Sexual Misconduct, Stalking and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) complaints for the Office of Institutional Equity & Compliance (IEC). The contractor will be responsible for managing the intake, assessment, and appropriate institutional response of these reports and complaints, in compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. This will include providing professional guidance and consultation to leadership as needed, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, and fostering a fair and equitable process for all parties involved.
