NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material, equipment, supplies, management, supervision,
transportation and other items necessary to perform services at the 52d Medical Group (52MDG), Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany
and 852d Medical Squadron (852MDS), Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, Germany to attain The Joint Commission (TJC)
accreditation IAW with the attached PWS.
