The parcel contains the boardwalk connection between the Kawaihau spur and the end of Kawaihau Road. The Kawaihau spur is located at the lower part of the hill and the portion extending from Gore Park at the upper part of the hill. All overgrown brush including, but not limited to overgrown grass and Haole Koa needs to be cut as low to the ground as possible. All cuttings should be placed as flat as possible on the State parcel. Due to the large size and nature of the subject parcel, attendance of the pre-offer conference is REQUIRED in order for your final bids to be considered.
