These supplies and support services are required for the existing Thales Defense and Security, Inc. TMR-90 systems aboard multiple classes of U.S. Coast Guard vessels. The Coast Guard does not possess the proprietary technical specifications, drawings, manufacturing/provisioning data, or special tools necessary to provide these supplies or training. This information was not purchased at the time of the original acquisition and is proprietary to the OEM, Thales Defense and Security, Inc. It is the Government's belief that only Thales Defense and Security, Inc, in Clarksburg, Maryland, has the capability to provide the training and supplies due to the fact that they do not currently have any authorized distributors or dealers.

However, potential sources can submit information demonstrating their capabilities to provide genuine OEM parts and OEM authorized Technical Representative Services. This information shall include, but is not limited to: (1) Data that the required support and supplies have been satisfactorily provided to the OEM or the Government in the past; and (2) a written letter, signed by the OEM, which verifies the interested party's authority to supply OEM support parts to the Government and provide the necessary technical training. The Government does not intend to pay for any information that is submitted in response to this synopsis.

The above information must be received no later than five (5) calendar days from the date this notice is published. Information received after this period may not be considered.
