In accordance with the Statement of Work, the contractor shall provide telephone support/counseling for the tobacco cessation program to include a live operator and a toll-free smoking cessation quit-line. The contractor shall also provide access to registered nurse and/or respiratory therapists and/or certifiedTobacco Treatment Specialists as counselors via a tollâfree tobacco cessation quitâline.
