The modification is being done to add the following:
"The software must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. This includes the Link16 interfaces of the SLQ-32(V)6 SKCS and AOEW test equipment, which requires TOES for end-to-end Link16 integration testing and verification".
