The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles on the Virginia State Toll Roads for the period of 10/1/15-9/30/16. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to a sole source award to Smart Tag - Virginia Smart Travel Service, as they are the only source authorize to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the area. A limited sources justification is approved an on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected] no later than December 2, 2015 at 10:00 am EST.
