THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.  This is a SOURCES SOUGHT only.  The purpose of the synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to (NAICS 333120 Construction Machinery Manufacturing Size Standard: 1250 EMP).  Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology.  After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov.  Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation.  All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.    

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking potential sources to provide the following supply on-site at 302 Newmarket St, Bldg 151 Newington, NH 03803:

CLIN 0001: 1EA – All-Wheel Steer 2 Seat Utility Vehicle that is compatible with attached list of government-owned equipment manufactured by Bobcat.  SEE ATTACHMENT #1.   

In addition to being compatible with the equipment listed in attachment one, the ToolCat should also meet the following specifications:

1. Greater than or equal to 59 horsepower diesel motor
2. High Flow Hydraulics with quick couplers
3. Power coupling attachment (cab control actuated)
4. Boom Float (needed for snow removal)
5. Full-time Four-Wheel Drive Suspension
6. 4-wheel independent Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) which Meets Requirements of SAE-J1040 & ISO 3471
7. Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) which Meets Requirements of SAE-J1043 & ISO3449
8. Hydraulic Dump Bed, Rear Receiver Hitch 4200 LB towing capacity
9. Cab Enclosure with Heater & Air Conditioning
10. Backup alarm
11. Rear window protective rack mounted to the dump bed
12. Standard work bucket.

 Delivery:  Within 90 days ADC
