TOWN OF SCHERERVILLE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids for the following supplies, materials, and services for the Town of Schererville will be received by the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, at the Schererville Town Hall, 10 E. Joliet St., Schererville, Indiana until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 27, 2023 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room at the Schererville Town Hall. STONE MATERIALS CLEAN SAND BLACK DIRT ASPHALT – MATERIALS & SERVICE CONCRETE DISPOSAL Bid shall be in accordance with the description, quantity, terms and conditions contained in the specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, in the terms of this notice and laws of the State of Indiana applicable thereto. Bidders shall execute their bids on the forms included in the bid packaged, together with a non-collusion affidavit, and a signed copy of Certification Regarding Unauthorized Aliens, as set forth in the Bid Documents, and remain open for acceptance ninety (90) days following their receipt.
