Sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Whiting – Shoreham Whiting Road Culvert Replacement will be received by the Town of Whiting by US Mail; or by hand delivery on the day of the bid opening at Whiting Town Hall, 29 S. Main Street, Whiting, VT 05778, until 3:00pm local time on March 18, 2021. Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. Bidders providing bids by mail shall allow for delivery time. The Project consists of removal of existing embankment material, removal of the existing metal culvert, and installation of a 70 feet long polymer coated corrugated metal pipe culvert (5.5 foot diameter) and replacement backfill and paving.
