The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Hamilton Thorne. The purchase is for a TOX IVOS Sperm Analysis System to be used for reproductive toxicology studies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.
