SECTION A INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received on Thursday, February 29, 2024, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division, at the City of Houma Service Complex, 301 Plant Road, in Houma, Louisiana until 2:00 P.M. as shown on the Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock, and TPCG shall at that time and place publically open the bids and read them aloud. Vendors/Contractors have the option to submit their bids electronically or by paper copy.
