INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received on Thursday, March 23, 2023, by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division, at the City of Houma Service Complex, 301 Plant Road, in Houma, Louisiana until 2:00 P.M. as shown on the Purchasing Division Conference Room Clock, and TPCG shall at that time and place publically open the bids and read them aloud.
