The DRAFT RFP, is not a formal Solicitation, but is used to gather comments and suggestions from potential Offerors prior to the release of the formal Solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation and evaluation time and promote a clearer understanding to industry of the ISRMAT requirements. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a RFP and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of
this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.

Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments and/or suggestions on the DRAFT documents posted. Only certain attachments are provided with the DRAFT RFP. The remaining attachments listed in Section J of the RFP will be released with the formal RFP. This notice includes the DRAFT PWS (ATTACHMENT 1) only.

Officer, at [email protected]. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email ONLY by Thursday, 11 January at 02:00PM EDT. An official response to questions/comments will not be provided. Questions/comments will be reviewed and taken into consideration when finalizing the solication and its attachments.
