Notice Summary GO TO: http://bids.cleanwaterservices.org/172 FOR COMPLETE INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide traffic control services under a one-year contract that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods. District will select one primary contractor to provide all services and one back-up provider. Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposers must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Prevailing wage rates must be paid by proposers and any subcontractors on the Contract in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Proposers and any subcontractors will be required to have a public works bond filed with the Construction Contractors Board before starting work on the Contract unless there is an applicable exemption under ORS 279C.836(4), (7), (8) or (9). Proposals may be submitted electronically, by mail or hand delivery to Gabe Sohler, Field Construction/Maintenance Supervisor - System Repair, and must be received by Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals may be submitted electronically via Equity Hub's Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/1227_Rfp__Traffic_Control_Services_For_Prevailing_Wage_Rate_P rojects (Bid Locker) Contractors will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals submitted by mail or hand delivery must be received by Mr. Sohler at District's Field Operations located at 2025 SW Merlo Court, Beaverton, OR, 97003. Facsimile or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be accepted after the specified date and time. Proposals will not be opened publicly or read aloud.
