The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a contract for Quebecois (French Canadian) training for CBP agents assigned to the Swanton Sector Border Patrol located in upstate Vermont and northeast New York. The contemplated contract shall consist of two 7-1/2 week training sessions for up to 10 agents per session. It will comprise Beginner Quebecois training for two-day-per-week classes for the first 7-1/2 week session and the same schedule for the Advanced Beginner training in the second 7-1/2 week session. Training location shall be in the vicinity of Swanton, Vermont, or within a 50-mile radius of Swanton. Vendors who intend to bid shall have the capability to perform all of the functions required by this Description and by the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work files at the training location within the time period specified.
