Under Authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Terrorism Research Center for training to combat terrorism in support of Fort Huachucas United States Army Intelligence Center. This synopsis is in response to Sources Sought Notice No. W91RUS-09-R-XXX2, which was issued on 04 March 2009 and closing on 13 March 2009. The Justification and Approval (J&A) citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, will be posted for public inspection on or about April 1, 2009. There will not be a solicitation issued for this requirement and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
