SGHC is issuing this IFB for the purpose of obtaining Contractor services for two (2) years to provide transcription services to include, but not limited to psychiatric and medical terminology. Provide transcription services through a computer system that is capable of receiving, storing, recovering, reporting, transcribing and returning a printable version of the document via an electronic venue. Responsible for providing 24-hour technical support Monday thru Friday. Response time for service call must be within 24 hours a day (365 days a year). Provide transcription services through a computer system that is capable of receiving, storing, recovering, reporting, transcribing and returning a printable version of the document via an electronic venue. The Bidder shall have a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of its entity being formed and in business. The Bidder shall submit a list of names and addresses of at least three (3) facilities for which the bidder has at least three (3) years of experience providing a service of similar size and scope.
