The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, intends to award a sole source bridge contract to Genesis Government Solutions, Inc. to provide transcription services and dictation system support for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, and Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, USA MEDDAC, Korea.  The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 April 2018 through 31 July 2018 (four (4) month base period only). It is not possible to solicit and award a new contract before the start date of 01 April 2018 without negatively affecting patient care at TAMC and USA MEDDAC, Korea. As the incumbent, Genesis Government Solutions, Inc. already has the required personnel and approved server for the dictation system; thus ensuring the continuity of critical services to meet the short suspense requirement.

This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Although this requirement will be sole-sourced, the follow-on (twelve (12) month base and four (4) one-year option periods) contract is anticipated to be awarded within the next four (4) months.
