This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-10-00076 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-31, dated 19-MAR-2009. Delivery to Boston Regional Census Center. Acceptance at same location. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form.
