The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION VOUCHERS USEABLE ON MTA NY/CT SYSTEMS.  Fare media is being purchased in compliance with Executive Order 13150 providing direct employer benefit to employees utilizing approved mass transit.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-12-0029 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-31, dated 19-MAR-2009. Delivery to New York Regional Office. Acceptance at same location. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vendor registration form.
